Cross-Check Conveyancing offers comprehensive conveyancing services for residential and commercial property sales and purchase. We act on behalf of both vendors and purchasers.

Meet Susan
Susan Gale-Phillips is a Victorian licensed conveyancer (licence no. 001621L) with over seven years experience in conveyancing and over 30 years experience as a paralegal. In 2025, Susan founded a new conveyancing practice, Cross-Check Conveyancing Pty Ltd, which is based in Black Rock, but services all areas of Victoria.
Susan has extensive experience including:

Prior to conveyancing, Susan was formerly a commercial, legal and intellectual property management executive with extensive experience in the biotechnology, technology and pharmaceutical industries in Australia, USA and UK. Experienced in international business development, sales and marketing, legal and intellectual property management and recent experience in technology transfer/commercialisation, notably the creation of new spin-out companies from the University of Oxford (including Oxford Cancer Biomarkers Ltd oxfordbio.com, and Oxehealth Ltd).
